Lucy's Creations

I started to create my jewellery as a hobby in 2009 in Port Elizabeth, South Africa a friend at the time started to teach me the technique and I immediately felt complete in love with this art. My son left to study in Prague and to deal with the empty nest syndrome I started to do beading, I made necklaces, bracelets, earrings, book markers for myself then for presents for everyone's birthday, Christmas and so on....

End of January 2010 my husband Zdenek Hudek passed way, my world collapsed, everything I knew had to be changed and a new life style had to be invented, not the easiest experience. What to do when you are 50 years old and have to start all over again. After few months I restarted to create new styles and slow started to sale, my friends started to buy for themselves and for gifts...

“Precious” and “semi precious” stones are two groups that divide all kind of stones. We see that rarity is an important factor in determining which stone and crystal is falling into which category and was different from one culture to the other.

I started to find that stones have properties that can help you with all sorts of issues, so I stared to study how stones could help to heal and relieve all kind of problems. I just started to understand the reason that I always love and had a strong my attraction towards natural stones...
